Kirpa Global LLC — Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.

Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility:

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
• Beauty, skincare, and personal care items (including perfumes) are non-returnable once opened, for hygiene reasons.
• Toys and electronic gadgets must be unopened and in original packaging.
• Sale/clearance items are final sale and non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return: Email us at kirpaglobalstore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges: We replace items that are defective or damaged. Contact us at kirpaglobalstore@gmail.com.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
