Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Times:

• USA: 7–15 business days (standard)
• International: 10–25 business days (varies by destination)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or peak seasons.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Customs & Duties (International Orders): International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in our prices.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at kirpaglobalstore@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
